Strong chemical smell

Right out of the package there was a very strong chemical smell. I took the coverings off in the hopes the smell would go away. Even after washing the coverings the chemical smell is still there. I'm stuck with the pillow now. It use to be such a great product.

If you are within your retailers return period we recommend returning them so you can get another pillow that will work better for you. The new foam smell typically will dissipate within 5 days in a well ventilated area but will vary depending on your sense of smell. We hope this helps!
