Not what I expected

This pillow did not meet my expectations. I anticipated that Serta exceptional in comfort, especially for at the price. Needless to say, you do not always get what you pay for. I purchased the “firm” pillow which was anything but firm. It survived for an hour before I placed it back in the bag. Fluffing the pillow was useless. It also had a strange smell. I returned the pillow and purchased the firm alternative down from Hotel collection which is perfect for me. I have finally found my match after years of trying EVERY pillow.

Finally!!

After trying to find a good pillow for the last few years, I finally succeeded! This is a great pillow with good support for a side sleeper. I hate those dense, heavy memory foam pillows, and this down pillow was soft enough without being too flat or lofty! Give it a try!

Smelled horrible!

These smelled like actual poop. I unzipped the package and started looking around, thinking that one of my animals had gas or had an accident. Immediately zipped back up and returned.

Worst Pillows Ever!

Worst Pillows Ever! I wish I had been in a position to returns these pillows. Feathers stick up and stab you...not just a few but a lot. What a waste of a LOT of money as I ordered two. Do not buy!
