Nice but not firm enough
This is a very nice pillow but the support is definitely in the middle of the pillow so it doesn't seem like enough support for head and neck when used. Unfortunately had to return this item.

They are flat and hard to the point that it hurts your ears since I am a side sleeper. Not soft nor fluffy. I though the brand Serta was a win....never again. Now I will just donate them since I used them only 3 nights with a protective cover. Not worth my time to drive to a Macy.s for return especially if you are a senior.

Shipping took a week and then when we opened the box they were rolled in to air tight bags. Once those were opened the pillows reeked of a wet dog smell. Terrible shipping method! They are also not as fluffy as the picture show. Not truly impressed.

2 years agoNOT JUMBO
I received my pillows yesterday and I slept with them. I am a side sleeper. They were supportive, but they are not Jumbo. The only way they are jumbo is if you fluffed them up and don't touch them. I had a neck fusion in these pillows do not upset my neck. Thank god the only reason why I gave this a four star is because of the fact that they are not jumbo. They are just regular standard pillows.
