Poor Online Service

Ordered toddler shoes. Got notice they would be late then got notified that I returned them and got a refund. Next notice said they had been delivered! No shoes to date. Will not shop Macy’s online again.

My son in his Elmo era and he adores the shoes. They are comfy and easy to put on and have Elmo what else can you ask for?!
