Usually great

I love these candy bars but 6 out of the 24 arrived unwrapped. Upon contacting customer service, they did refund my money but it took a 45 minute phone call to get that accomplished.

Macy’s knows how to pack perishable products!

Was hopeful that these Godiva chocolate bars would arrive in delicious shape, since the weather is getting very warm, and I live in a remote area….And they barely did! They had been packed with two ice packs to begin with. (melted) Also crumpled paper in a silver heat resistant bubbled bag. Thank you Macy’s! Happy Mother’s Day to me!

Best there is

If you like raspberry and you like dark chocolate, this is THE best candy choice for you. I personally believe I make it even better by putting it in the freezer.
