Shapermint What?

First of all, it was not what I ordered. Perhaps someone could please tell me why is the padding at the top and not the bottom of the bra? I wear the Shapermint TrueKind with the hook and eye in the back and I love the fit, it is so comfortable. What numbers do I use in order to get what I have now, just one size smaller?

The size guide listed is inaccurate. I usually take a 2XL size bra. I ordered an XL based on size guide. Did a return.

terrible

awful product, its very thin, the cup pads are flat, circular, extremely thin foam that folds over, with no access to fixing them. not supportive at all. I ordered 3X, I wear 2X and it was too tight. all Shapermint products run small i think.
