Size charge way off…

I ordered based on the size chart and found it was at least 2 sizes too big. The description mentions “powernet tummy control” but I didn’t feel any tummy control at all. The tag says it fits up to a D cup but I’m only a B cup so the bra did not fit at all. I gave it 2 stars because it’s nicely made, but the blouson style is not for me. Also, had to wait almost 2 weeks for delivery because it wasn’t shipped from Macy’s.
