Too small and expensive

Capacity too small to clean. Exorbitant pricing for cleaning solutions . To clean one room you will have to empty tank too many times . Drying function is ancient . Switchover to cleaning tool too complicated . Ok for a small apartment not recommended for single family homes . Ok for light cleaning only

Great attachments and sleek design

I like the design of the machine. The one thing that I don't care for is that you can only use shark cleaner solutions and that the machine does not have a trigger button in the handle to spray the water and solution on the carpet. It automatically comes out. I like that you can remove the brush and clean it. Over all it's a good machine and it's not huge it's sleek and smaller than most of them on the market. Love that it has multiple attachments as well.

Amazing cleaner!!

The shark "Pet Xpert" carpet cleaner is Amazing! Better than I could hope for. It picks up the pet hair which is something I didn't expect. The only problem I have is a light should be mounted above the see thru window where the water goes up. As every carpet cleaner I've had has lacked in the past. This way u can see when u have gotton a majority of the water up.

Best carpet/upholstery cleaner ever!

I bought this cleaner over a year ago and have used it several times. It made my 13 year old sectional look like new after spills etc from 4 grandchildren!!! Also, it’s easy to clean up after use. Just take it apart , rinse and air dry. No inaccessible nooks and crannies like on other machines. The cleaning solutions are fantastic and leave a fresh clean smell.

Spits out dirty water

I would give zero stars if I could. I have had four different replacements sent out. I started out with the model below this one. Most recent replacement was this model. And it had the same issue the second time I used it and It is yet again, spitting dirty water out of the motor exhaust vents. I would like to add I only use shark products in it, dump it when it is full(which is very often) I take very good care of my things and I use them correctly according to the manual. Despite this, though, I have had terrible luck with this carpet shampooer. Thankfully, they do have a great warranty but at this point, it’s been a hassle. I have had many shark products and I love them all. This is the first one that I would not recommend and I would never purchase it again.
