Started out great after 6 months it fizzled out.
I have had Shark Carpetxpert with stain striker for a 1yr and a half. At first use it was great then it went downhill after that. Six months after owning it, the Oxy Multiplier no longer distributes anything out , absolutely nothing comes out , the amount I put in the blue bottle is the same amount I pour back in the bottle. The cleaner itself doesn't suck up much water which leaves the carpet slopping wet. I have to put my foot and apply a little pressure to get it to suck anything out. Yesterday I went to use the carpet cleaner and not only is the carpet soaking wet in spots but the carpet doesn't look any cleaner than before. My carpet is less than 4yrs old! Im usually pro shark products but this one so poor that My feelings about shark products is starting to diminish.

Warranty issues and product issues
It’s been broken for a while it just leaks all of the tank water out on the floor if you let it set. I paid for extended warranty but the website gives you the run around and no direct link to file a claim.

Two Lemons In a Row!
🍋🍋🍋🍋 The first machine started badly leaking clean water out the back after 3 uses. They sent a new one, which was great. Unfortunately after two uses it also started leaking water out the back and down into the motor, and now there is no power. I can’t believe there aren’t more bad reviews because wow, what a waste of money and disappointment.

Great product just wish the shot cleaner worked
I love this shampooer it works great except for the hand heard part of have work but once. It runs you can feel it trying to pump it the shampoo from the tub but nothing comes out. I still use it upright. I need to contact shark to see about getting that part fixed but just haven't had time. Best I've ever used when it comes to cleaning carpets.

Horrible product!
This is by far the WORST product I've ever purchased. Buy this product if you want frustration and exasperation. Two blinking red lights come on within a minute of use and it stops working. Even after hosing out the machine in our laundry tub it won't last a minute before the red blinking lights return. Yes, I've followed the directions to resolve this issue but it still stops operating. Now I have to find and purchase the tool I need to disassemble the machine as it is assembled with non-standard screws.

This is complete CRAP! Like literally CRAP!
We are on our 3rd shark stainstriker carpet cleaner and we are happy with the hand tool, but this does not spray and clean carpets well, we love ninja products but shark is poor quality. Our first one broke within 5 months, we got a replacement and that one broke within 2 uses and now, this one is on its 4th use and it's not spraying well, never buying another shark but will always buy ninja products. Shark, learn to also increase your capacity cause it's also poor. After this one takes a dump, we are going back to hoover because they atleast last 4+ years. Waste on money on 3 shark products. (Edit) Tried again today a couple of weeks later and just shut of COMPLETELY! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS WITH THE WAY SHARK MAKES THEIR PRODUCTS.

Awesome performance
I bought this carpet machine to replace my previous one made by another brand. This machine is phenomenal! Easy to use, powerful suction, great for pet hair and stains, and the cleaning solutions smell so good! Highly recommend.
