Shark Hand-Held Vacuum Adequate

The Shark hand vacuum is quieter than my last hand held vacuum. It also has adequate suction. However, I used it off and on for about a week and it it does not seem like it holds a charge for long.

Not for me

I do not like this vacuum. It was awkward turning it on, needed two hands. The opening should be wider for better cleaning. It was fairly quiet, didn't like that it doesn't have a charging holder or base. I returned it.

Flagrant False Advertisement

As other have noted, Macy's may be committing fraud with this product. This product comes with a nozzle and an upholstery attachment, but does not include the attachment in the product photos. This is highly misleading on Macy's part, and I would love to know why they're misrepresenting a product like this. Absolute nonsense.

Good vacuum, needs a wall mount

After a month of usage it’s working well. Good suction, good battery life, and charges quickly. However, not having a wall mount available is a big miss. When not in use or charging it’s just kind of in the way. All our other hand vacs had a convenient mount, this is the first vac that left out that feature.

Do not buy it It broke within the first week

Purchased during the Christmas sale. After moving into our new home, we only used it a few times and it already stopped working. It won’t charge or turn on.

Awful

I have an old style shark cyclone. I ordered this one because it was time for a new one. This one is USB charging compared to the other one. This one is awful, doesn't even hold a charge longer than 15 minutes. I vacuum my car and was only able to finish the back seats, this was after it was fully charged.
