    • Volume tips: For maximum volume, start with damp, detangled hair and use wet mode. Using the bristles, brush the hair up and away and repeat until hair is completely dry.
    • Smoothing tips: When styling, always lead with ceramic plates at the roots. Turn the styler so the bristles grip the hair and guide it through the plates with each pass. For ultra smoothness, follow the process in dry mode.

    Stops working during drying mode

    The first time I used it, I was really happy. It dried and styled my hair really well. It did cut out a couple of times. The second time I used it, it only ran for 5 minutes in drying mode and then cut out. The filter was not dirty. I tried several more times but then gave up. Very disappointed. It will have to go back.

    A must have hair tool!!!!

    Let me start off by saying how amazing this tool is!!! It’s not overly noisy, the cord is a great length. The performance and durability are outstanding on this styling tool. I love how the effects last days in my hair and looks like I had an expensive hair treatment done. I recommend this tool to everyone, you won’t regret it!

    Don’t suggest

    Disappointed that my glossi turns off an on while using. Had the glossi for about 2 months now and upset that it is doing this never once dropped or mishandled my glossi. Sad because it works great but not reliable.

    Tangles and mats hairs very easily and makes it super frizzy if you wait for your hair to dry too much or twist wrong. I’ve lost a lot of hair from this tool unfortunately but it gives good results other than pulling your hair out
