Brush roller sucks brush not stiff enough
Brush, roller socks, barely picks up, fluffy dog hair off of carpet. It will go over the fluffy dog hair, three or four times and it will still be on the carpet. Vacuum is great app is great. Roller and suction sucks.They need to improve on the stiffness of the brush and suction

not compatible with google home assistant

Very unhappy
Very unhappy with my Matrix. Even with max suction it doesn't pick up a small bit of cat hair let alone get down deep into the carpet. The brush doesn't come past the vacuum body so not surprised that it doesn't pick up anything.

Great for double-coat dog!
Replaced old robot of another vendor and have been using for several weeks on hardwood floors and area rugs. Really like the option of “matrix” cleaning when I want an area cleaned twice. However, regular cleaning mode and normal (vs max) suction level clean well particularly given my double-coat dog. It’s nice to have these options.

Need more time!
The jury is still out. My old shark robot has two brush feet and seemed to pick up more stuff! From emptying, it doesn’t appear that this robot is picking up hair.

Focus on tech, not enough focus on functionality
I bought a shark years ago when they came out, worked great, easy to troubleshoot and very long lasting. This version has been nothing but issues. Sub par suction, doesn’t detect dirt well, and now currently will not charge, I have had this less than a year and do not have carpet. I also have this set up in a space of about 700 square feet so the bar is pretty low. I would not recommend this product at all and next time will be buying something else.

Nice & quiet
I love it! It is so quiet too. I don’t have to turn up my tv volume. Been using it for a little over a week now & have not seen anything it missed. So it’s doing very well.
