0% Air Quality (3rd Air Purifier in a year)
I'm on my 2nd replacement one after the first two broke within 3 months of using it. The air quality percentage gets stuck at 0% and there is nothing you can do to fix it besides using the warranty. After the 2nd one broke, I asked for credit or to exchange for a new product but support said that was not possible. Therefore, I'm stuck on my 3rd Air Purifier Max within a year.

Replacement Shark Air Purifier
This Air Purifier Max was a replacement for a prior air purifier purchase that the air sensor became defective. Shark replaced my air purifier under warranty with a better HP302 model. It was received very quickly and is working Great. I highly recommend Shark products and specifically their Air Purifier Max HP302. They stand behind their products.

WASTE of Money
I am so incredibly disappointed with this purchase. I spent a lot of money purchasing this item (air purifier Max) and two smaller ones for our home. We have three long hair doggies (border collie and Aussies) that leave a lot of hair and dander. It is a lot of work to keep the home clean and our allergies at bay. I was researching ways to keep the home cleaner and us healthier and everyone recommended air purifiers, so I went with a brand I trust. I also have two shark vacuums. There has been ZERO improvement in the quality of the air in our home. There has been no reduction in the amount of dust in the home. No reduction in the amount of pet hair in the home. I'm still having to do just as much manual cleaning now as I did before we purchased them. It always says 100% air quality unless we're cooking something particularly smelly then it does kick on for a bit. I purchased this at the end of June - so three months later and the filter says it's at 78% already. I know never change doesn't mean never - but I was hoping for more than a year out of it. I feel like this would indicate that there is SOMETHING being done, but I am not seeing it. I check the filters regularly and despite there being plenty of hair in the home (yes, even with vacuuming regularly) and there's just about none in the filter. I'm not sure what this purifier is even doing for us and I wish I could send them all back.

Quality Air Purifier
Used a couple weeks now and can tell a difference in dust after seeing difference in what I was emptying from Shark robot vacuum, and A/C filter. Really like the pre-filter design. Air quality sensor is amazing, super sensitive/accurate

Instructions Could Be Better
Just bought this as a recommendation from a friend. Set-up instructions were easy; however, it only came with 1 page and nothing about the control panel settings. It took me a long time to find my model (the website is huge) and finally found the manual. But, the font is so tiny on the control panel I had to get magnifying glass to read. Shark can do better. You should send complete instructions with this product. Some folks do not have internet and capability to read tiny font. Please improve. Hoping this unit does what it's supposed to don.
