Horrible Purchase

This was a horrible purchase. I have two dogs, which shed, and I thought this vacuum would be a great investment in taking care of my floors. I have now tried to vacuum the floors three times and I'm unpleased every time. This vacuum does not pick up the dog hair off hardwood floors. I keep going over and over the hair and it will not pick it up. Additionally, the wheels on the vaccum are leaving scuff marks on my floors. I previously owned a shark and was very satisfied with it.This was just a bad purchase. There's nothing worse then spending all this money on a vacuum that doesn't work. I'm obviously returning the vacuum for a full refund.

I just got my TruePet vacuum it is awesome. I also have the Shark rotator it is awesome also. Never knew how much dusty crud was in the carpets!!

PERFECT VAC !

I've owned a Dyson, and for the $$$$, THIS is PERFECT !! Lots of tools, yes, dumping the collector takes some coordination. LOVE the upright to canister conversion ! Gets WAYYYYYYYY under things. GREAT deal of the MONEY !

Best vacuum ever!

The shark was recommended to me a couple of years ago - I am sorry I didn't buy it sooner! After vacuuming 2 rooms the canister was full! My house is cleaned every week- now it will Be REALLY clean!
