Stick with the corded versions

I bought this six months ago and find its not worth the money. I had a shark vertex corded vaccum before which has great suction but I needed something lighter for the stairs. I knew a battery operated vaccum would have less function than a corded but its too significant of a difference. It won't suck up dirt along the baseboards. It cant pick up cereal. It only moves one direction in carpet, otherwise it gets stuck. If there is anything the paper or ither item the size of a penny or bigger it will clog the machine. Its claim of dust free is only true when connecting the vaccum to the stand, but once you have to empty the stand (about monthly) dust still flies around. When it bends flat I can get under the dressers and bed but it doesn't fit under couch. It does have good swivel on tile floor and its nice that it stays charged in the stand and its nice not messing with a cord making it easier for kids to use on tile floors.

Save your money & frustration, buy something else!

I have had this now for 2 months. The vacuum is useless for my house. It assembles easily. I love the feature to clean under furniture. It is light and easy to push. It cannot handle hair on bare floors. It pushes it around and gets clogged multiple times even in a small room which requires taking the thing apart constantly. The AI setting is awful, just a constant slow down/power up/slow down/power up. Ecomode does not have enough suction. Power boost drains the battery before I have half a room vacuumed. Save your money if you have pet hair! You will spend more time unclogging it and your floor still won't be clean.

Thermal Protection

Does it have provisions for thermal protection with a reset? Front roller Jammed and the unit shut down. Battery required recharging. Also requires that when vacuuming carpet that it runs smoother when going in the direction of the nap. Unit is the power detector self exhausting

Decent product.

Battery life is pitiful

Not sure where the 70min run time comes from? Bought it yesterday, used it today and it lasts 15 minutes Max. Very disappointing.

Avoid at all cost

Worst vacuum we've ever used. We bought 2 replacement Shark vacuums in 9 months. Please keep your receipt & warrantee safe as we've needed it. Battery does not last long; inaccurate product description. The motor burns out if you use more than 3 rooms. Rollers stop turning and wheels freeze up. You will need to constantly need to clear rollers. We've gone back to Dyson. Great customer return though.
