Too heavy and bulky
This is a very heavy machine. I was not satisfied with it so I returned it. I'm still waiting on my refund! I would not recommend buying from the website.

Awesome cleaning
We have a lab Pyrenees mix. This thing is awesome. I give it five stars. The dogs give it zero stars. Lol. I basically use the detect button on all the hard floors. And on any carpet, I have to use the highest shag otherwise it red lines right away but the highest shag setting does a great job.

Total Junk
I bought this vacuum cleaner almost a year ago and it has been nothing but junk. I have had Filter Queen, a Rainbow and a Kirby. I bought this because I needed something lighter. That’s the only thing that’s better than the other machines. The problem is it stays clogged up. You have to pick up every scrap of paper or anything else on the floor. I truly wish I had never bought this junk. I’ve had a Shark steam mop for years and I have repeatedly replaced it when it has broken. After this experience I am 100% finished with all Shark products.

The best!
Excellent vacuum to clean under furniture. When you remove the wand , the handle has a light allowing you to see, the suction is amazing. My third shark upright and am so thrilled with it

Great suction, brush roll and a scent option.
LOVE THE Shark Vacuums, have had many for a cleaning business, I love the no tangle brush ! The only drawback is this stiff cord. its very had to curl due to non flexible cord.

New Vacuum - Good-bye Old Dirt
This vacuum has exceeded my expectations in the sucking power. I wanted a bagless vacuum that was easier to maneuver for my back and this unit almost runs away and pulls me around LOL. I returned to the site to purchase additional filters. I also like the canister comes off, and I can sweep under the bed, as my old vacuum was too high with the canister not detaching. You never know you need a new vacuum until you purchase a new one.

Disappointed
Nice vacuum, however the cord is its downfall. So sad. It’s super short and super stiff. Hard to work with. The most expensive vacuum you offer. Disappointed.
