    This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my sister. I ordered it online and wrapped it as soon as I got it. When she opened it everything was out of place and had hair on it. This is terrible! How could you ship a used item

    Not so satisfied takes longer and somehow no matter how much heat protectant I use it makes my hair really dry and frizzy

    Good luck cleaning it

    The only reason I'm giving this one star is that the brush gets really dirty over time and it's very hard to clean because it's attached to the wand, so you cannot really wash it or anything, and it just gets really nasty and disgusting. I would never buy this again; don't waste your money.
