Not worth the money.
It’s okay. It has more air flow which tangles my ends. I timed my drying time and it wasn’t faster, it was longer. Probably due to the tangling. The attachment for frizz control helps with frizz. The attachment for drying (not the nozzle) is pointless. Makes my hair look a mess, but so does the hair in the before and after pictures used in their advertisement. The increase in airflow makes it sound louder than your average blow dryer. It doesn’t bother my ears, but my mom came to the bathroom because she couldn’t understand what that noise was. Mind you, she was downstairs and I was in an upstairs bathroom.
Love this product
I bought this item because I was having hand surgery and needed something smaller to handle. The power is unbelievable for such a small product and the drying time is less than my other dryer. The attachments are so easy to make my styling easier for a person with one hand

Blew me out the water (no pun intended)
As someone who has only purchased cheap hair dryers my entire life, I was under the impression they were about the same in terms of performance. Boy was I WRONG. I love Shark vacuums and now I sing their praises in the hair dryer category as well! Insane power -- cuts down on my dry time and don't even get me started on the glossing attachment. I thought "surely this won't do that much!" Again WRONG! I'll never blow dry my hair without it. It smooths down all those little "frizzies" left after blow drying and leaves my hair soft and glossy like a blowout with tons of products! My hair has never looked better. Shark -- pat yourselves on the back!

NO COMPRAR, NO RECOMENDADO. NO CUMPLEN GARANTÍA
Este secador bo es lo que promete. Es muy bonito tal cual la foto pero no calienta, no estiliza mi cabello. Quedo como gallina pelona cuabdo lo uso con cepillo redondo. Pensé que no lo estaba haciebdo bien y le pedí a un estilista profesional y fué igual. Lo peor que cuando llamé a servicio al cliente me dijeron que como ya llevo 4 meses con el equipo no se puede hacer nada. Es incréible pero cierto, on las reglas de Shark y ni modo, perdí mi dinero. Me molesta pero doy gracias a la misma vez, pensaba comprar una aspiradora de esta marca y una licuadora Ninja, pero no lo haré porque por lo cisto prometen una garantía que no cumplen. No buscaba jn reemplazo total pero por lo menos un reembolso, pues ellos son concientes de que la máquina no es lo que describe. Nisiquiera calienta bienes tibio.

Do not buy this product.
It doesn't leave my hair straight, but rather frizzy, because it doesn't heat up; even on the highest setting, the air is only lukewarm. They should specify in the description that this dryer is for a certain type of hair: super straight and fine. In my case, my hair is fine but thick and curly. It takes hours to dry, and the finish is completely unacceptable considering the price. Sadly, I called, and they can't offer any refund since I received it via courier, and it's been four months since my purchase. I wonder, why advertise a two-year warranty if they can't do anything to satisfy their customers?

Great features. No folding handle.
So far, so good. Quiet and powerful. I hope that lasts and it doesn't fade or fail after warranty. I like the three different heat and power settings plus cool burst. However, I don't like the hairdryer does not have a folding handle. It's a bit too bulky to travel with.
