Damage

The product don’t work well. As soon as I filled the boiler with water, the machine leaked water from the bottom.

Mighty Great Little Machine

Every thing I needed. I didn’t need to clean the entire carpet in the room, just a spot or two. This little but mighty machine works perfectly, I cleaned a mattress, chairs, sofa and more. It’s easy to fill with water & solution and easy to discard the waste. Plus, it doesn’t take up a lot of space for storage.

Not worth the money or headache

Horribly designed product the hose was attached backwards so it always pops off the mounting clip for storage the hose leaks and the top plastic piece that is needed for the striker to work doesn’t stay attached. A waste of 100 dollars

Other occasion to buy:Poor service from Macy’s

Haven’t received the product

I ordered the product on 11/19/2025. Was to be picked up at the store. I never received notification of arrival. I spent useless and frustrating time with a chat AI that was circuitous and availed nothing . I then chatted with a live person from India who told me that the product would arrive on or before 11/28/25. I am skeptical.🤨
