Horrible
I bought this a few weeks ago and just used it last night. Wouldn’t recommend. The front is high/thick preventing you from getting to a lot of areas. I had to get another flat mop to get to the areas I needed to which in turn doubled my cleaning time. Definitely will mot purchase again.

Works well within limits
I have been using this Steam Pickup floor cleaner for the past two months. It does a good job of cleaning the tile floors in my house. I would suggest that your floors should be vacuumed before using the Steam Pickup. I find that if I have vacuumed the floors within 24 hours of using the Steam Pickup I get much better results. I run the Steam Pickup on the lowest heat setting. This is more than enough to clean the tile floors and the floors dry quickly. If you use an acrylic polish on your floors the Steam Pickup will remove the polish so a steam mop may not be the right choice for you. The Steam Pickup works best if you use it at least once a week. If you are the type of person who has kids and a dog and only cleans your floors once a month this may not be the product for you.

You Need This!
I absolutely LOVE my Steam Pickup. It really does what it says it can do, vacuum AND steam clean at the same time. I believe that's my favorite thing about the cleaner, although there's more. It's so light! Similar steam cleaner mops or vacuums are so heavy, but this one is very light and easy to maneuver in any direction. It gets into corners and small spaces very well! The directions for set-up and cleaning are easy and takes little time to learn. Like I stated before, I love it that I don't have to vacuum my whole kitchen first, then mop it! This steam pickup saves me a lot of time and energy. You won't regret it!

So much hassle - it’s not going to get used regula
So disappointed with this purchase. Yes, it cleans ok but it’s a real pain to clean the machine after use. There are 2 parts ( with flaps and compartments) plus the brush, which all require emptying and cleaning. Also, I cannot, for the life of me, figure out the instructions regarding which sequence of lights represents which level of clean. Bitterly disappointed. I obviously selected the wrong model. I just wanted something quick and simple ( take off one reservoir and empty) to use.

Don't underestimate its power
I am a cleaning nut. I love steam mops but since my first steam mop failed after many years, I have been unable to find the best replacement...until now. At first I thought this mop will be too small. Surprisingly one fill and I cleaned my entire kitchen, laundry room, walk in pantry, dining area, dining room, living room and foyer without any issues. The mop is easy to clean up, and even easier to use. No pain, little effort (if any). So glad I decided to purchase,

Great on kitchen tile floor
I purchased this to clean the tile floor in my kitchen. There had been small stuck on bits i had to scrape with a razor blade after using swifter. This steam pickup seems to remove them. It heats almost immediately, runs very quiet, and is easy to clean. Even though i sweep prior to use it still collects an amazingvamount of smalk durt particles. The Instructions don't show the proper sequence of lights / power settings but you can figure it out. I also discovered its best to use a little dish soap when cleaning the roller. Didn't work as well on the wood floors, but I just really needed to do the kitchen floor that gets dirty in a hurry. Very pleased so far.

Great machine
I just started using my Shark Steam Pickup cleaner and I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to use and doesn’t require any special cleaning fluid to clean. It has cut down on the amount of time that I used to have to spend cleaning the floors. I recommend this tool for anyone who wants to clean hard surface floors quickly and efficiently.
