Great for homes with hair!

Needed to replace my vacuum and looked for the best option for long hair. Most beater bars get wrapped up with hair. Not this one! I have used it multiple times and no hair wrapping around the bar. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped working

Bought in December 2024 and no longer working. The suction is not working… have checked all areas that could be clogged and does not appear clogged

Great for a small place.

Not as strong as the duo by a long shot. But it is lightweight and easier to handle. Didn’t last as long as I had expected before I had problems with the switch not working so it was replaced. Got a rocky feel to the head to pipe and pipe to floor nozzle way faster than expected but it worked.

Shark Stratos CordedStick Vacuum

The Shark Stratos Corded Stick vacuum cleaner was provided as a Warranty Replacement for the Shark Duo Clean. The Stratos has a wonderful power head and picks up very, very good. However, the main weakness is that the "Dust Cap" is about half the size of the Shark Duo Clean. This means, that you are emptying your Shark Stratos twice as often. Also, as explained in the manual, the head is very top heavy, and you must either disconnect it from Wan and place it on the Storage Hook or lean the vacuum against the wall. This is all explained on the page label "Handheld Storage Hook".

Shark Stratos to the rescue

I purchased a Shark stick vacuum a couple years ago. I started having problems with it around May this year. I started using my older vacuum and forgot about the Shark sitting in the garage. I finally got motivated to call Shark about the vacuum. They shipped me a brand new Shark Stick vacuum. Could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you Shark for making my house great with a brand new Shark Stratos.
