I really am enjoying and appreciating my new Shark. All my Shark products are great! Time saving! The last box of pads I bought were defective. The gray strip rolled off with the first use and the pads left a film when I mopped. This never happened before. I called the company. The rep was very friendly and helpful. She said that my pads would be replaced and they were! They sent a new box. I'm not having a problem with these. So I'm back to happily using my mop/vac. Thanks Shark!
