Disapointed

I bought this item as a gift for my husband. He was excited until several days later the item fell, along with all the ties. It wasn't even half full. No big deal the first time but then a couple of weeks later it fell again and again. He got tired of it falling and went back to putting his ties on hangers. I wish I would have kept the box it came in to return it.
