Not as good as it sounds.

Disappointed with this, does not get very warm and the auto shut off time seems short.bwas really hoping this would help with my neck and shoulders. The vibrations are not bad.

this is it, I was very surprised that this back massager works very well, it put me to sleep 😴 I put it on to try it and I felt like I was getting a real massage! It has several different features also it has heat, it has no putting together just plug in and attach the cord to the adapter. I highly recommend this to anyone who has back issues or just needs to relax.

Missing necessary part

I purchased this item on line September of 2024. I trust Macys therefore l feel it necessary to immediately to make sure what l ordered is in good standing. 2 months ago I was having some issues with my neck and decided to use my massager. Upon opening it for the first time l find the adapter is missing. I didn't contact Macy's because it was well past a return date I have been trying to contact Sharper Image. I went to best buy and was told to buy their universal adapter which didn't work. I am very disappointed with Macy's a stork l have always had trust. Earlier this year l purchased a Cuisinart toaster immediately opening it because it was a wedding gift. The toaster was a mess with crumbs where you put your slices of bread etc to toast. They apparently returned it to Macy's and a rep put it in a box and back on the shelf to be sold. I don't know what is going on but it needs to be addressed. I sent the toaster back and now l sit here with a missing adapter on massager l need

Misleading advertising. This is NOT battery powered and is NOT cordless.

Wouldn’t Recommend

It’s very loud & actually squeaks so loud it scared my dog. It doesn’t put out much heat and is just a vibrating pad.
