Seems accurate as the body percentages do change. Nice looking and easy to pull in and out from under a shelf in my closet.

I like that it has multiple functions to do weight, body fat, etc. It is easy to use and the fact that it has a phone app to sync all your information is awesome.. I would highly recommend this scale!

Scale stopped working within two weeks of purchase. Just flashed "error". No matter what I did. Macy's return procedure was excellent though. It's too bad because when it worked the info provided was great!

The display is bright and easy to read, and it seems accurate. I weighed myself at home and then was weighed right after at my doctor’s office during a checkup and the numbers were virtually the same. I have no idea if the body fat/muscle/bone percentages are accurate, but from what I understand it’s more helpful to take those numbers with a grain of salt and use them more for showing trends up and down, depending on what you are working towards. What I really like is the app and the way it works. It is incredibly simple, easy to use, and works perfect. You simply download the app and create a user profile for yourself with your weight/height details. No logins, passwords, or account creation required, or even requested! No pairing process to connect to the scale. Then you just tap your name, step on the scale, and it connects instantly and records your weight. Next, you tap analyze if you want the body fat info which it does very quickly. You can then save the info to your history and look at charts to see changes over time or look at specific details for any day that you saved. For my husband to use it he simply downloaded the app and followed the same ultra-simple process. No jumping through hoops just for another family member to use the scale. I love it!

When I get the other features to work properly, it’s great because I track my health and am very conscious of staying on the right track.
