Awesome for warming up
Great use for warming up and massaging the soft tissue on my body. I’m glad there’s 4 different functions to change the intensity of the vibration. I wished that it was just a little bigger to help get my back/legs more.

Too much vibration
My first impression when I received this massager, was that it was much smaller than I was expecting. It measures approximately 6" x 3.5" but for some reason I thought it would be bigger probably b/c I was mentally comparing it to most of my foam rollers. The massager comes with a power adapter that you need to charge before you are able to use it. When I turned on the massager, I was overwhelmed by the amount of vibration this little unit has. In fact, it was too much vibration for this smaller unit that I did not like it. When I used it on the ground the entire floor would shake, felt like it shook the whole room and the vibrations was still too intense and this was at the lowest setting. There is 4 vibration levels but even the lowest was to much. I then tried it as a hand held and it was better than using it on the floor. There are different textured planes which was smoothing on legs and arms, but still felt like too much vibration for the back and neck area. I would say if you want a very deep, intense vibration this might be a good roller massager for you.

Easy to use
I needed something like this because I am playing soccer at least one a week and my muscles can sometimes be sore. I have been using this massage for a month now and I love it a lot it is very effective and do the job correctly. I love how easy to use it is it only has one button you press it to turn it on then press to adjust the speed level then press to turn it off really simple. I also love its texture it feels comfortable it is not hard like the one I used to have. Last but not least it is not heavy.

Very powerful
Working a trade type job, my back is always sore. This massager has 4 settings. High, higher and highest vibrating speed and the fourth is it stops and starts then keeps going as such until you shut it off. It’s very powerful and does massage nicely.

Hi powered
I thought this massager was way too strong. There are three settings and even on the lightest setting it was so strong i wasn't able to use it for more than a few minutes. It hard to roll because of its intensity.

Awesome
This thing is pretty good for being small. It has a lot of different settings for speed and intensity. It definitely feels good on muscles after a workout and the upper back area for stressed muscles.

Great massager
Since last week i use the massager fit roller vibrating sport recovery in my feet; inmediately i feel relax, calm; and i can use it in my back too!! Is perfect after a large day of work, when i need a great moment for rest, relax.

Muscle Relief
This is the best for muscle cramps, I use this on my legs and calf from a muscle strain and it relaxes the muscle and feels so good, love it’s portable and can use it right after my exercise routine of walking
