  • I go often to Miami and I frequently go to Macys. This is first time something like this happens. The cashier should check this type of products to avoid this type of situations.

Incomplete Product

I purchased two of these massagers and made the mistake of not checking them right away. It turns out that one of them was missing the main massager and the power connection, and it was also missing one of the massage attachments. I do not live in the United States, so I cannot return it in person, and to make matters worse, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my uncle. I ended up carrying the box back to my country for nothing. I am leaving this comment as a record, since I am not sure I will be able to return until April 2026 to request a refund.

Stop working

It stops working after using it twice

At first it seemed like working then at times it won’t just work I thought I wasn’t charging it well but that wasn’t the case. The on and off button got stuck in couple of times which I managed to fix it. It kept happening then it stopped working all together.

Incomplete

Hello I bought two massage products. The gray one was a gift for my sister and when she opened the box the massager and the attachment Zone were missing. From the attachment Round it is clear that it has been used and someone apparently brought it back incomplete.I am sending a picture of the blue one which is complete and the gray one which is not complete.

Dissapointed

When I decided which Massage gone to purchase, the free bonus gift was part of the equation. Come to find out it was a scam. I don’t like to be duped. Shame on you, Macy’s.
