Empty box

Got this for my mother for mothers day. Unfortunately who ever packaged it up didn't realize how light the package was and sent my mother an empty box. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one and this time everything went well.

It works

My husband loves it. The only downside is that in order for you to turn it off you have to go through all the modes before it turns off. Which in my opinion is a bit annoying and unnecessary. Other than that its great.

Soothes Sore Muscles Instantly

The Sharper Image - PowerBoost Pro Hot and Cold soothes my sore muscles instantly. The directions are very easy to follow. I am able to attach the nodes without any issues. They are specially designed to target specific areas. Also, the hot and cold feature helps tremendously with easing tension. I've tried several other massagers before that are not comparable to the Powerboost Pro Hot and Cold.
