Perfect neck/ shoulder massager
I was gifted this product from Merchsource and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I was absolutelythrilled to receivethis product. The massager works wonders on my shoulder knots. I love that the material is washable. I would definitely get another one.

Great neck massager!|
As someone who has struggled with cervical migraines I am always looking for ways to massage the muscles in my neck. This has been very helpful and it's easy to use. It really gets into the muscles and warms them with the heat feature. Ionly wish it would stay put without me having to hold the straps.

Basic neck massager
I like this as it does massage the neck but it has a few flaws. The cord is removable which is interesting as it does not actually hold a charge. I also wish that it was adjustable to hit different parts of the neck but the material is very rigid. The heating feature is really nice!

It didn’t hold a charge
Great massage, but could not get it to hold a charge. Had to keep plugged in the entire time. I liked the different settings and easy to use buttons. It really helped my stiff neck pain from working at a desk all day

Love the idea but not strong enough
I received this from Influenster for my honest opinion and I have to say I love the idea of a neck massager after a long hard day at work however I feel like this could’ve been stronger on the massage pressure, I had to hold it tight to get the pressure I would prefer. It did the job however once I held the hand held down tighter so it’s not completely useless. It would be good for the occasional massage but not the everyday effect I expected.

I liked this neck massager it came in handy. Especially when the neck fells so stiff. I like that arms straps came in handy to add pressure. I like the real touch movement effect.

Great neck massager
This massager was exactly as I expected it to be. It works well to get the knots out of my neck. Has a few differnet massage settings and heated element for added neck pain relief. I have used this several times so far to help with my sore and stiff neck. It provides immediate comfort and relief.

Awkward & Heavy
I really looked forward to using the Realtouch Shiatsu Neck Massager, as I have a job where looking down and using my hands in such a way, that it causes quite a bit of tension and sore muscles. My husband pictured in the photo is in construction, and played a lot of football as a young man, so he also suffers from neck stiffness and occasional pain. The massager is very heavy. It’s very awkward to position, and it just never really feels like it sits correctly or hits the areas you would want it to. You literally can’t sit back and relax while using it because it’s so big and hard. It’s very difficult to try to relax and enjoy the massage if you have to sit straight up and keep tension on the straps to hold the weight of the device. Unfortunately it’s a No for me.
