Not worth it.

Does not warm up. Towels are always cold even after warmer on for 10 min.

Not well built

We purchased this unit about 13 months ago and it has steadily reduced the amount of heat and now has completely stopped heating. Warranty is just past so no option for a replacement.

Good idea for a Christmas gift.

I ordered this towel warmer on Nov. 3 and it never came. Today is Nov. 22.

Lasted 5 months and quit. Do not buy.

Trash products

Didn’t last 5 months. There is no warranty when purchased through Macys and they will not do anything after 30 days. Last purchase I will make with Macys or sharper image no wonder you went bankrupt.
