This truck was damaged, only moves one way and not allowed to return because it was a final sale! Why send a toy that does not work and then not be able to return it

Disappointing Christmas present

Ordered a toy for my grandson for Christmas and two weeks later I received a toaster instead only two days before Christmas. Very disappointed and upset.

Not Great Monster Truck. Poor steering!

The best I can say about this truck is the color. It is a bright green that really stands out. Everything else is downhill from there. It doesn't come with instructions, which isn't the end of the world but the others trucks I ordered did. At first it didn't work when I put in batteries, which we tested and all worked, so with other batteries we did get it to work. The worst part is the steering is very poor and unresponsive. Made some adjustments but it's still not great. Also, controller is a joystick style with left hand controlling speed and right controlling turning. Not as user friendly if you have the trigger/wheel gun style of controller which is all of the other remote control trucks I have ordered. Overall, this toy is cheep garbage and I do not recommend.
