Purchased this electric blanket and was happy with the quality. The control broke within 5 months. I have no idea where to go from here

I was happy until the F2

I bought this blanket September 2022. That means over used it for almost 2 winters. I recently got an F2 error on both controls. I sent an email but so far I haven't received any answers on what to do. This is an expensive blanket and I love it and want it back in use.

BEST EVER

BEST electric blanket I’ve ever own! Does not slide off the bed, thicker weight that you don’t feel the wires, extremely soft, warm without it even being turned on. Beautiful satin binding. Got a king size for my queen bed so matter how much rolling around at night I did I was kept warm, didn’t even have to turn the heat on in the house!

Good Manufacturers

So this is my second review of this electric blanket like I said in my first review I’ve had it since 01-01-18 until 01-29-24 it showed an error of F2 so I called this amazing company even though my warranty expired they were still willing to send me a new blanket as a replacement how nice of them I knew my warranty expired long ago because I only gave it 1 to 2 years I didn’t trust it will last but it did. So 5 star to them for replacing the bad one they didn’t have to.

Not bad just a little expensive

I’ve been using this blanket since the time of purchase in 2018 did not have no issues until today in 2024 washed it every once a while too. One of the remote stopped working with F2 error on display I’ve tried everything it won’t work. So if it lasted this long even though winter is a few months and it’s not used every day? Will give it a 4 star rating it served for a while.

Warm and elegant

The most beautiful electric blanket I have ever bought.It looks like a quality material but time will tell. I love the feel and I can flip it to match with the sheets.I bought it because of the cold front we were facing and wanted to be prepared. The elegant look was a bonus.
