This rain poncho has no snaps and the neck part has a long V slit, not worth the money

Great rain poncho which fits plus sizes

The pouch is attached to the poncho so you will always have it with you. I like mine so well that I would have to buy another if lost or worn out. Has enough weight to it that it doesn't blow around that much and the length is longer than many. Nice gift idea.
