Item broken

Wanted to bring to your attention - this item - being Christmas ornaments was not packaged to be protected from breaking - only Places in a box - with no packing and free to Move and be damages. In transit - causing the ornaments to arrive broke. Thought this may be a good point to bring to those that are shipping the items out for you. Thank you
