ineffective or causing allergic reaction!

Bought this a year ago (about the same time as the other 1-star review). I suspect I received old products, as I immediately found that the oil and other ingredients were almost always separate. Did not think much because I always trusted Macy. Instead, tried to shake and mix it back before apply. But always found my skin itchy and red on the night after using the product. It was either an ineffective/expired product or something causing allergic reactions in the skin. Will not buy Shiseido again.

Watch out if you have sensitive skin

I recently purchased this product and had a very disappointing experience. First and foremost, it irritated my skin almost immediately after application. Despite following the usage instructions carefully, I developed a noticeable rash and itchiness, suggesting an allergic reaction to one or more of the ingredients. To make matters worse, when I tried to return the product, I found out that it is non-returnable because it's opened. This lack of a return policy adds to the frustration, leaving me with a product I cannot use and no way to get my money back. I do not recommend this product to anyone, especially those with sensitive skin or allergies.
