Shiseido cream

At Stamford Mall, I was surprised to see no one at the shiseido stall. Had to call someone via a fellow stall from Clinique. Which is Ok But more surprises when I got nothing as a gift. I have been using sheseido products from last 20 years and works well with my cream. Since the product was not on sale, I bought it, hoping that they would shower me with gift items or sales free to distribute products The lady just wanted me to buy the stuff and leave. Never had this experience before. When asked about the gift items, she responded that sheseido no longer provides any gift items? Is this true?

Not as creamy as other Benefiance Creams

Im not sure I like this product. It feels a little watery on my skin. It doesn't hydrate as well as other Shiseido creams I've used in the past.
