Caused a Severe Allergic Reaction — Had to Return

I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately it caused a severe allergic reaction on my skin. I used the Shiseido Future Solution LX products exactly as instructed. Within a few hours, my face started to develop red patches, itchiness, and mild swelling. By the next day, the redness had spread to both sides of my face, and I even developed small blisters and swelling under my eyes. My skin became extremely sensitive, irritated, and uncomfortable. I stopped using all other skincare products immediately and treated the reaction with hydrocortisone cream, cold compresses, and gentle moisturizers. It still took several days for the redness and swelling to calm down. It was very clear that the reaction was triggered shortly after using this Shiseido set. Because of this experience, I decided to return the product. Macy’s customer service processed my refund without any issue. I understand every person’s skin is different, and this product may work for others, but if you have sensitive or reactive skin, please be very careful.
