unhygienic refurbishment

This comes had gone out of control to harass. They get staff from bottles, place it in one and place it for sale. How come? would Sheishido think that this is a good enough bottle? is there a reason for such a treatment? and for a really high monetary requirements!!!!! Really nasty and unhygienic. Why to me? Really an older customer. Used to be preferred and a platinum card holder. How come?
