This was my go to cream for many many years, and I loved it for whitening and preventing wrinkles now it smells different and it no longer has a whitening agent. I am getting age spots over a period of a week of using this new updated version. Also, I’m getting pimples!! Please bring back the old formulation otherwise I will never buy this again!!

Worth the money. I've tried many moiisturizers, and the kind reader probably has, too. We don't want to shell out $100+ for no results. This cream is the only one that keeps my 55-year-old skin hydrated for 12 hours. After 12 hours my skin looks and feels smoother than it does after 3 hours with other products, even if I slather tons on. Yes, I Shiseido.

Reformulation is terrible
I was a loyal customer of Shiseido skincare for almost 30 years. I used the benefiance softening lotion and rich emulsion and I loved it until they got rid of it. At that point I switched to this revitalizing cream and I loved it too. Now they've reformulated it without notice and it's cheap garbage and costs more. Sits on the skin like Vaseline and plastic, skin can't breath and it caused me to get fungal acne which took years to correct and I still have scarring that is permanent. They should have at least warned us about the reformulation! And so now I'm done with Shiseido. I feel they've stopped caring about their customers.
