breakouts dry out skin

i was excited to get this serum but after a couple uses, my skin is so dry to the point i got a lot of breakouts. i stopped it thinking it might be the weather and last week after i tried it again i got the same result. it oughta go back to the store!!!

It is way less than 1.7oz !!!

Received my order on 11/05/19 and started to use it around Thanksgiving. It contains 1.7-oz, which is enough for at least 2 months if I use it 1-2 times per day. However, it was completely empty by 12/24. I believe it is way less than 1.7-oz. I couldn't tell how full the bottle was because you couldn't open it to verify! I have used a 1-oz bottle before and it was good for 1-2 months. Although I bought it at discount sale, the volume should not be short! Being a long term Macy's customer, I have never received a reputable product with shortage in volume. Contact Macy's customer service to report this issue and was told I should return it in sealed(unused) in 90 days. I totally understand the return policy, but I didn't know it was short in volume. I did suspect the light weight when I got it, however you could not verify unless you broken the bottle! Once you broke the bottle, you could not return it in sealed.

Nice texture

The texture of this serum is quite creamy and thick. This helps in smoothing and spreading the serum to the areas I want to use it on. It’s still a bit early to tell if it’s working but I definitely do not see any negative effects so far.
