Soft and applies foundation beautifully
This brush applies my foundation beautifully. I love how it sheers my foundation on and it never looks cakey. I really don’t use the rubber finger end for the concealer.

This is perfect for blending in my foundation. I first pump my foundation onto the back of my hand, then use the dobber end to dot foundation around my face, then blend the foundation into my skin with the brush. The brush is so soft and the perfect size to apply foundation quickly while being small enough for temples and around the nose. I love it!

Horrible service
My review is for the horrible service that Macy's gave. When I ordered it online it said it was in the store and would be available for pick up the next day. That was a lie it wasn't available so I went to the counter to see if I could buy another one at the counter and they said they didn't have them in stock and hadn't had them in stock for several months I would have to wait until I got a text saying it was available for pickup even though when I ordered it it was supposed to be available the next day. No one seemed to know what was going on or have any brains to figure it out. This is why I don't shop at Macy's and I will never make that mistake again.
Disappointed
This is a brush that provides a beautiful makeup application. However, the tip applicator has detached on one of its sides revealing a plastic coating that now peeps from its side. Not the quality I was expecting from Shiseido, especially in a brush in this price point.

Not good, you can see the strokes and marks using this brush

Disappointed with the durability and design flaw
I've always trusted Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté products for their quality, but this brush was a letdown. After just a few months of use, it already looks worn out, and to make matters worse, the brush leaves red paint behind. This flaw is frustrating, especially when it transfers onto my hands or makeup tools. While I initially appreciated the sleek design and functionality, the poor durability and the red paint issue make it far from the high standards I expect from Shiseido. Sadly, I cannot recommend this brush.
