Gentle and Effective

I love using Shiseido eye make-up remover because it quickly takes away heavy mascara, glitter and waterproof eyeshadows. I have been using it for many years. I hope they keep the same formula.

Great product. Totally recommend it.

This is a great product. It removes hard waterproof mascara extremely well and it is not harsh on the eyes. Great for contact wearers. I prefer it over Channel, Lincoln, Dior, and Clinic. Best one so far. No greasy feeling or residue but still moisturizing. Easy to pour on to makeup remover pad. The spout helps to not spill.

Disappointment

Order was messed up. Received a Future face cream instead of this eye make-up remover. Returned the face cream and refunded the eye make-up remover. Bad service.
