Not sure what happened

Item was delivered completely dried up with no mascara in the wand. It looks new but how does mascara totally dry up before even being opened. Zero mascara comes out.

This is one of my favorite mascaras

I want my mascara to go on clump free and provide LOTS of length. My goal is to have my eyelashes look long and natural, which this mascara absolutely accomplishes. I don't want heavy volume or curl my eye lashes at all, so I don't have any complaints about these things like some of the other reviewers. If you want long, full, natural looking lashes, this is an amazing product!

The best mascara

you know, Shiseido is expensive brand name & good quality, that's why I often use Shiseido for skin care only, and use another ones for make up. But that is my mistake in the past, I used a lot kind of mascara but they messed up my face after using over 5 hours. After changing to Shiseido mascara, I really love it even it cost double the ones I used to use but it worth. I think I never change mascara to any one any more. Vote for it *****

All time favorite mascara! People actually think I use products for thickening and lengthening my lashes...I do not. Love this product!

Save your money! Buy another product. This product goes on clumpy and does not last throughout the day.

Dampens my lashes and does not hold curl at all. Returning to the store.
