Missing merchandise!

I bought this item 3 weeks ago and it was never DELIVERED!! I had purchased 3 Shiseido items and 2 of them were missing in the package but Macy’s does not accept this! I had to pay for items that were not delivered as promised! Very poor customer service and I don’t know what to do!

It is nice, but wont buy again b/c butylphenyl methylpropl

Unfortunately given the more and more data on butylphenyl methylpropl listed on the ingredient will not buy this.

Works!

I was wondering why my skin was looking so good when I hadn’t had any facial treatments done or micro needling and then I remembered I was using this exclusively. This works amazingly well. Worth every penny.

I have to have this serum! It works!

I have been in using this serum for over 5 years. I am 64 years old and it is the only product that penetrates my skin and keeps me hydrated. It is expensive but it is the only product I use that it costly. I can't imagine not using it.
