It does not dry quickly and smudges easily

I love Shiseido as a brand but did not like this particular mascara. It takes a long time to dry and smudges very easily. I have mono-lid so it ended up looking messy.

Ink mascara and waterproof

This mascara is waterproof and it is very wet when applying so when they say ink it is just like ink. Easy to take off. I gave it a 4 stars only because of how wet it is! I tried it on top of my other mascara and it worked great.
