This is a very good brush. It picks up the right amount of product and does not absorb any.

Absolutely love the design of all Shiseido brushes. Elegant, petite, comfortable and practical. I use this brush mainly for bronzer and setting powder. Can also be used for a blush and highlighter, but since I only purchased one and have other brushes, limit the use for just those two things.

The bristles are very soft and non-irritating and the brush is well--made.

I use it to put on my translucent pressed powder to set my make up but I like to brush on my powders and with this brush I need to use a patting motion like a sponge, and I don't like that.
