What I got is not what I ordered

I ordered Shiseido Treatment Softener Enriched but what I got is not enriched. See attached photo. It happened twice!!!

I would buy this softener again.

I use this softener treatment each morning after cleansing my face and each evening after removing makeup and cleansing my face. I love the way it leaves my skin feel softer and more moist. I seems to help the serum which I apply after it absorb well.

I love this product

I use this twice a day and it was helped with enlarged pores on my nose. My skin feels good and I will continue to use as long as I can

I would buy this product again and again!

I'd recommend this Treatment Softener Enriched (for normal, dry and very dry skin) If your skin is dry due to the winter time or season change. I am experiencing very dry skins in the past 3 to 4 weeks in Southern California, and I bought this with the new formula of Ultamune. By combining the two and finish with the Essential Energy Hydrating Cream I no longer feel the pain in the winter time!
