Great product for an island vacation!

I used this every day on my 12-day vacation in Tahiti and never had to touch up my sunblock on my face, and never got a sun burn. This stayed put through salt water, chlorinated water, and sweat! My husband used a Neutrogena brand and constantly complained of sunblock in his eyes and I never had that problem. He began using my Shisheido sunblock and the complaints stopped. The reason it is four and not five stars is because it does not rub in all the way and until I sweated or went for a dip, there was residue on the edges of my face - its clinginess probably stems from what makes it water resistant.

Sorry I have to give it 1 star

This sunscreen is not working for me. I put it after my moisturizer but it left white flakes all over my face I had to keep rubbing for a long time, too long! But still have white flakes visible. I am not happy. I have to go back to my good olde La Roche Posay mineral sunscreen. I have many shiseido cosmetics and still using them but not this sun screen tho!

Protection Perfection

I've been using Shiseido sunscreen for several years and it is what I recommend to all my friends. It has kept my skin free from sun damage while leaving a beautiful clean base for any makeup I may wear.

Best Sunscreen for Face

I used to wear Elta MD sunscreen religiously but have since switched to Shiseido. I've found this Shiseido cream has much better sun protection. Yes it does appear white when first applied, but I have found that the white disappears after a few minutes and I have NC 35-40 skin. I prefer this cream sunscreen to the Shiseido Wet Force Lotion which was runny and watery. For reference, I live in sunny south Florida and have two toddlers so I am outside a lot. A good sunscreen is an absolute must for me!

Not good

I have been using Shiseido Sun screen forever. But this one annoys my skin and makes it to peel so bad, that I had to go to the dermatologist.

Didn't love

As soon as I put some on my face, my face turned 2x lighter than I already am. I thought it would go once it absorbed into my skin, but I looked like a ghost all day. I had to return it. I didn't get oily with the sunscreen, and I am naturally very oily.
