Lightweight, silky, smooth mineral sunscreen
I buy this sunscreen every year for over 10-15+ years. I specifically look for sunscreens that are mineral only. It seems the concentration of the Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide has decreased from the last bottle I had. Previously, one of them was over 10.0% and now it's Titanium Dioxide 5.7% and Zinc Oxide is 5.9%. It also is not a white liquid anymore; it is now a very light yellow solution. Before, it was white out white. Now it's definitely not white. It's light weight and very easy and quick to spread all over your face, ears, and neck...It is silky, smooth, and easy to spread. I don't notice a smell. Unpopular opinion, but I wish Shiseido left a version of it that is still pure white since natural Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide is white....For some, that "white cast" actually serves as a brightening effect so concealer isn't needed. I actually did not get the other Urban Environment that is Mineral "Clear" bc I was hoping for a little bit of that white cast for that brightening effect and for it to help cover/lighten some of my dark spots since the Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide are physical white powders that sits on the skin...With so many reviews complaining of the white cast, that was what I was hoping for and didn't get. I could have gone with the "Clear " mineral one since that one has a higher concentration of the active ingredients. I did not get that newer "Clear" one because this is the one I have used for years. Bring back your original high zinc oxide and titanium dioxide concentration formula for your loyal customers who has used this product for years. There are people who don't mind the white cast. You have already created a clear, mineral version for people who do mind the white cast.

Had high hopes
I love the scent of this product. I had really high hopes for it after reading other reviews and I was very excited to try it. I am allergic to the sun and I am always on the lookout for new sunscreens. This one however seemed heavy and when I rubbed it in I was left with greasy sheen which I didn't like. I didn't look white though so that's a plus.

3.5/4 Stars: Just Not The Right Product for Me
This was just okay. The product left a white cast on my skin, which is a huge disappointment and a very no-no as a black woman. It was very thick as well and felt like it took forever to absorb. I'd probably use this on my neck and body in the future, but I couldn't use this on my face. Otherwise, it smelled good, in my opinion. It's thicker than I'm used to, but it left my skin feeling soft.

Amazing mineral sunscreen
This formula is so good. It has no white cast, blends in super fast, sits well on top of my moisturizer without pilling. The finish is nice too, not extremely dewy/greasy at all which I prefer.

Silky, luxurious feel
I am only able to use mineral sunscreens but have had such a struggle finding one with a nice texture. This has a luxurious, silky feel to it and blends beautifully. The faint white cast quickly fades to a faint glow. It reapplies nicely as well. I love love love it!

Best mineral sunscreen EVER!!
Admittedly I had high hopes for this product before receiving it/being chosen to test and honestly review it. Let me say that it did not disappoint!! This is easily the best and most luxurious feeling spf I've used. No white cast, stays on all day, great under makeup or alone.
