Other occasion to buy:I’m also disappointed with Macy’s customer service. After I reported the issue, they told me I’d have to disassemble the entire cabinet and return it to get a refund, which is very frustrating since the problem isn’t my fault.

Nice design But poor quality

This shoe cabinet has a very beautiful color and a great design, but unfortunately, the screws used in it are of poor quality, and the screw inside seems stripped and does not hold, which has caused the drawers of the shoe cabinet to not fit properly and be unusable. Despite all its beauty, in my opinion, the hardware quality of this shoe cabinet is not at all suitable for its price.
